일반 행동 규정

• 서로 예의를 갖추어 존중하세요.

• 불법적이거나 선정적인 컨텐츠를 게시하지 마십시오.
• 집단투표 혹은 비추천을 조장하거나 특정 페이지에 악의적으로 투표하지 마십시오.
• 외부 사이트 및 제품을 광고하지 마십시오.
• 특정인에 대한 괴롭힘에 가담하지 마십시오.²
• 타인의 게시글을 함부로 수정하거나 삭제하지 마십시오.
• 정치적인 주제를 언급하거나 자신의 성향을 강요하지 마십시오.
• 본 사이트에서는 한 사람당 하나의 계정만 가질 수 있으며 하나의 계정은 한 사람에 의해서만 사용되어야 합니다. 2개 이상의 계정을 사용하거나 하나의 계정을 다른 사람과 공유하지 마세요.
• 역할극은 금지되어있습니다.
• 스탭을 사칭하지 마십시오.
• 가입하려면 15세 이상이어야합니다.

포럼 규정

• 포럼 주제와 맞는 게시글을 업로드하십시오.
• 스팸은 금지되어있습니다.

작성 규정

• 콜드포스트하지 마십시오.³ 메인 시리즈에 기사를 게재하기 위해서는 반드시 최소한 두 번의 비평을 받아야만 합니다.
• 기사의 토론 페이지에 비평 스레드 링크를 추가하십시오.
• "자캐"는 허용되지 않습니다.⁴
• 저퀄리티의 기사를 게재하지 마시오. 반드시 최선을 다해야만 합니다.
• 성적 내용을 담은 RPC를 게재하지 마십시오.
• 농담 RPC를 메인리스트에 게재하지 마십시오.
• 교차 게시_Crosspost하지 마시오.⁵
• SCP 재단 및 그 카논에 대한 간접적/묵시적 언급은 정규 RPC 항목 및 이야기에서 허용됩니다. 정규 항목 및 이야기에서 SCP 재단 및 그 카논을 직접적으로 언급하는 경우에는 글 자체를 언급하는 경우⁶를 제외하면 비정사 태그를 붙여야 됩니다.
• If you are using art in your work receive permission from the artist beforehand and source it correctly.⁷
• 표절하지 마시오. 모든 창작물은 작성자 본인에 의해 직접 창작된 것이어야 합니다.⁸
• To create a hub page on the site, you must have at least three articles for it.⁹
• DO participate in the forums to get feedback on your writing.
• 작성된 문서에 실제인물과 관련된 것이 포함될 경우, 반드시 스태프의 검토를 받아야 하며, 사용이 허가된 후에 KO 시리즈에 정식으로 기여가 가능합니다. 만약 사용불가 판정을 받을 경우, 그 부분을 삭제하고 기여를 해야합니다.

Staff Conduct

• No RPC staff, be they Discord or Site, may present themselves as an authority figure or use their Staff influence while acting as a member of any sexual-content-based community, chat group, forum, or social space. Furthermore, no RPC Staff may found or claim a leadership position within such a community, chat group, forum or social space while acting in their RPC Staff capacity. Any RPC staff found to be acting in violation of this principle, regardless of their prior disciplinary record or behaviour, will be immediately removed from their Staff position and barred from assuming such positions in future. Any new Staff member should, before assuming said role, remove any links mentioning their associations to the RPC Authority community from relevant social media, forums, groups, chats and servers.
• If any user discovers evidence of an RPC staff member violating the above rule, they are strongly encouraged to pass that information on to the rest of staff and, if they deem it necessary, to post said information in a publicly-visible fashion in the RPC Office Discord server, in the interests of maximum transparency.

5. 교차 게시는 다른 사이트(SCP 등)의 게시물을 컨셉을 변경하지 않고 게시하는 행위를 말합니다. 예를 들어 SCP에 게재된 기사를 RPC에 게재하거나 그 반대의 경우도 마찬가지입니다.

7. Get consent from authors before you reference or collaborate with their article. (However, if they do not respond in 1 month, you are allowed to write a collaboration under the assumption of abandoned media.)

8. 특히 타인의 저작물을 적절한 출처 없이 사용하지 마시오. 표절은 심각한 문제이며 타인의 저작물을 사전 허락을 받지 않거나 원작자 및 출처를 제대로 밝히지 않고 사용하면 강력한 처벌의 대상이 됩니다. 타인의 창작물 일부 또는 전부를 사용한 경우 댓글창 등의 적절한 장소에 원저작자와 원저작물의 출처를 기재하여야 합니다. In certain cases—such as for including copyrighted material—you may be asked by staff to remove the content, but you will not receive a punishment if you had properly attributed the work.

When attributing work, you should always try to provide a direct link to the original content when possible. You should also try to credit for homages and major inspirational influences, but this is not strictly required.

9. You are not required to receive feedback in the forum but it is highly encouraged to seek input if your hub has a lot of content.
