격리 규약:
RPC-005의 위치는 알려지지 않았으며 지속적으로 이동할 가능성이 높다. 개체는 1963/12/03 격리 파기 이후 마지막 목격 당시 미국 캘리포니아주 Faria 해변 인근 수역에 진입하고 있었다.
RPC-005는 인도네시아 요갸카르타 일대를 배회하는 것으로 추정된다. 도시에 배정된 수색대는 최대한 신중하게 행동하며, 해당 개체를 본명으로 칭해서는 안 된다.
재격리 요원은 플라즈마 가속기로 RPC-005의 양자 결어긋남 효과를 유도하여 양자 얽힘을 방지한다. 해당 개체 수역 근처에 재격리 시도하지 말 것. 혼자서 재격리 시도하지 말 것.
재격리에 성공한 경우, RPC-005는 표준 벨 상태 양자분리 챔버(Bell-State Disentanglement Chamber)를 통해 운반하여 기지-002-A의 특수 격리실에 영구적으로 격리하여야 한다. 가능한 경우 운반 전 진정제 투여 후 인공적으로 유도된 혼수상태를 유지한다.
비중요 인원이 조우한 경우: 일정 거리 유지하고 아쿠아 그린1 색상의 의상을 폐기한 뒤(소지한 경우) 해당 개체가 마지막으로 발견된 위치를 Johan McKiernan 대령 혹은 MST 리마-09 "엣지러너(Edgerunners)"에 즉시 보고하여야 한다.
설명:
RPC-005는 신장 약 165 cm, 날씬한 체구에 체중 약 55 kg의 청소년기 여성 인간형 개체이다. 유전자 분석 결과 인도네시아 자바섬에 거주했던 동남아시아계 혈통이다.
조직 샘플 분석에서 RPC-005는 추가로 성숙하거나 노화하지 않음이 밝혀졌다. 이는 염색체 말단 텔로미어2가 일반적인 인간과 같은 분화를 보이지 않았음으로 확실하다. 게다가 텔로미어의 길이가 지구상의 그 어떤 인간보다도 길기에 RPC-005의 염색체 비분리로 인한 유전적 결함에 대한 저항성을 증가시켰다.3

뇌전도 스캔 결과 대뇌 활동이 활발해졌으며, 이는 RPC-005의 변칙적 특성과 관계되었을 수 있다. 그 예시로 RPC-005가 후두를 조작하여 일반적인 인간이 후두를 손상시키지 않고 발성할 수 없는 영역의 주파수를 발성시킨다.

또한, RPC-005의 두개골 단층 촬영에서 외이도 내부의 작은 연조직 덮개가 발견되었으며, 이 조직은 고막을 완전히 덮도록 자유자재로 움직일 수 있다. 이는 청각 기관이 고주파 발성의 영향을 전혀 받지 않음을 의미한다.
An example of the application of this increased pitch control is the ability of RPC-005 to produce a low-frequency sound that resonates with various substances. In this case, RPC-005 showed a preference to produce a continuous 19Hz sound that resonates perfectly with human eyes. This allows RPC-005 to disable an observer's visual acquisition of itself.
In another case, RPC-005 has been observed to generate a continuous 24Hz sine wave to manipulate the fluidic properties and dynamics of liquid matter. With precise pitch control, RPC-005 can extend this ability to deflect the movement of water and even imbibe a fluid source with non-Newtonian properties.5
One extreme case showed that RPC-005 possesses the ability to break down the covalent/ionic bonds between molecules, as shown in an experiment where RPC-005 separated a body of distilled water into its fundamental elements of hydrogen and oxygen gasses. However, the full scope of this ability is limited in both knowledge and documentation.

RPC-005 exhibited the ability to utilize its sound wave generation to manipulate electrical impulses in a subject's brain, effectively rendering them compliant to the entity's command. Research into this ability is currently underway.

However, researchers were not able to correlate its heightened brain activity with the control of its abilities. Some theories suggest that this was an indication of higher intelligence, which may be demonstrated by RPC-005's fluency and mastery of various languages.6 Research into determining the intelligence range of RPC-005 has proven to be troublesome, as the entity often refuses to cooperate, citing reasons that such activity was deemed "childlike."
Discovery:
During the height of the United States' anti-communist sentiments, the CIA was keen on overthrowing the Indonesian government for their alignment with the Soviet Union. In September 1957, the CIA set up bases in the Philippines and began funding rebels with weapons in the Sumatra and Sulawesi areas.
However, Soviet counterintelligence learned of the plan almost immediately and notified the Indonesian government accordingly. Soon after, the CIA received reports of a singular operative terminating said rebels and sabotaging vessels in the Philippines base. This was later confirmed to be the act of RPC-005, working in tandem with the top generals of the Indonesian Army.9
On 21/02/1958, the Indonesian military managed to bomb CIA-funded rebel radio masts in Sumatera and established a naval blockade along the coast in the hopes of regaining intelligence advantage. However, the CIA soon learned that RPC-005 was seen to be among the elements of the naval blockade, which prompted them to throw in a last-ditch effort in eliminating the entity.
April 19th bombing.
On 19/04/1958, CIA attack aircraft began bombing various outlying islands which resulted in the deaths of both civilian and military lives. The CIA officially requested Authority assistance not too long after and on 24/04/1958, a joint effort between the CIA and the Authority was established, resulting in Operation Kingfisher.
As with the complete failure of the CIA in hiding their involvement in the coup effort, Authority commanders advised the CIA to conduct covert ops instead. Approximately 16 intelligence agents were embedded in various Sumatran settlements, with almost 70 natives acting as informants.
After about 20 days of intelligence gathering, the CIA learned that RPC-005 was stationed temporarily in the Hinako Islands, west of Nias. To prevent further knowledge of their involvement in Indonesia, the CIA agreed to relinquish all containment efforts to the Authority's hands.
On the night of 26/05/1958, elements of Authority's 3rd Pacific Fleet moved into the waters south of the Hinako Islands. The containment effort took 3 hours to complete and resulted in the deaths of 1357 Authority agents,10 the destruction of 1 cruiser, 3 destroyers, and the complete obliteration of Hamutala Island.
RPC-005 was then transported by air in an artificially induced comatose state to a temporary containment site on the outskirts of Site-002. The construction for Site-002-A began 4 months after the initial containment on 29/11/1958.
